In a heads-up pot with around 2,900 in the middle and a turn board reading Q♣J♦7♥6♣, Jason Aken was on the button and called a bet of 800 from his middle-position opponent.
The river brought the board pairing 6♥ and Aken's opponent checked.
With around 3,000 in the middle and the turn board reading Q♣J♣2♦5♥, Jason Mendoza check-called a pot-sized bet from the big blind of 3,000 from his opponent on the button.
