"I can hit an eight!" Hughes said before the 5♠ hit on the turn to give Meyer quads. "No I can't!"
Hughes was drawing dead heading to the 4♣ river and he secured a big double.
"Alright, I'll take 14th place," Hughes said grimly. "I'm not afraid to bust."
