Action was three ways with 10♥3♣8♣ on the flop and around 10,000 in the pot when Kevin Appleyard checked before Mark McGarity bet 3,000. Pablo Valdivieso shoved 39,000 and Appleyard went into the tank. After a great deal of thought, Appleyard got away from it and it was McGarity's turn to think.
It didn't take as long for McGarity to get away from it and give the pot to Valdivieso.
"I'll fold them this time," McGarity said as he showed 4♥4♦ before he tossed them in the muck—a callback to their previous clash.
