Kalb Flops the Nuts

Short-stacked Nate Kalb moved all in preflop and was called by Harry Korotki who barely covered him.

Although Korotki was in the lead with his superior king-high, the flop of 8♣Q♣10♠ gave Kalb a big lead as he flopped the nut straight.
Korotki would have to get a king, queen, jack, or nine on the turn to stay alive, but it came the 6♦ and he was left drawing dead as the river fell the 2♦.
Kalb was then awarded the pot for a full double to a little over 21,000 while Korotki was left with a single 500-chip.
He then managed to win a few pots and survived the next round of blinds and is now at 4,000.
