"Do You Want To See Me Dance?"
With approximately 400,000 in the middle on a flop of , David Ong, who had celebrated boisterously and danced around the table after winning a big pot, moved all in for 1,305,000 from the big blind.
With a bet of almost three times the pot in front of him and having his opponent covered, Arthur Tanimoto went into the tank, and deep into the tank at that.
After a few minutes, Tanimoto asked Ong, "do you want me to call?"
Ong quickly replied, "do you want me to dance?"
The reply elicited laughter from the table and broke the tension of the huge moment briefly.
After about ten minutes, the clock was called on Tanimoto, and once the clock ticked down to zero, Tanimoto's hand was dead.
Tanimoto showed before tossing it into the muck.
Ong then showed which was the best hand but was an audacious play for such a potentially huge and critical pot.
