Second Opening Flight of Largest-Ever RunGood Main Event Set to Begin
After 210 entries filled the Thunder Valley Casino Resort poker room Saturday, that number is expected to be surpassed Sunday as the RunGood Poker Series Contenders Season Finale continues on its way toward passing its largest-ever guarantee of $1,000,000.
The $2,500 buy-in main event saw 83 players advance from Day 1a Saturday, led by Lane Jacobson, who bagged 283,000 chips through eight levels of play.

Sunday’s second opening flight will begin at noon local time, with another eight 60-minute levels of play scheduled.
Just as on Day 1a, players will begin with 40,000 chips at blinds of 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante.
Registration will remain open right up until Day 2 begins Monday with players in Sunday’s Day 1b having the option to re-enter once, then a final time before the start of Day 2 if necessary.
Players will receive 15-minute breaks at the end of every second level, with play completing for the night at approximately 8:45 p.m. local time.
