Chaler Eliminates Giroir Two Pair-Over-Top Pair; Thornton Enters
Jerry Giroir opened to 500 from the cutoff and received calls from the small blind and Bryan Chaler, who defended his big blind. The flop fell and action checked to Giroir, who made a continuation-bet of 800. The small blind quickly folded and Chaler proceeded to call.
WIth action heads up, the turn came and Chaler checked again. Giroir continued with a second barrel for 1,200 and Chaler thought for a bit, ultimately check-raising to 4,200. Giroir made the call.
The river was and Chaler announced he was all in. Giroir called for slightly less and hands were tabled.

Chaler's two pair was good over Giroir's top pair, queen kicker, leaving him out of chips after bringing the second-best hand to showdown.
Meanwhile, Schuyler Thornton was just seen taking his seat into the tournament after failing to find a bag during last night's Flight A. He was not seen during Flight B and is looking to capitalize on the final opportunity to get through to Sunday's Day 2.
