Jones had flopped a set and gotten the rest of the chips in the middle with a commanding lead, needing to fade running straight outs as well as the two remaining nines in the deck. The turn gave him a sweat, but the river fell clean to score the knockout.
Jones had appeared to have surrendered some of his chips before, but now is firmly above 200,000 again with less than two hours left to play in the day.
