Settis Outs Fouts, Berthelsen Building

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

Mike Fouts, who won the RGPS Council Bluffs Main Event in 2018 for $36,780, shoved all in on the button and Bhaskar Setti called from the small blind after taking a few moments to think about it.

Setti, who is originally from India and now lives in Omaha, showed {a-Spades}{q-Clubs} and was ahead of the {k-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} of Fouts.

Setti hit an ace on the flop and held to eliminate Fouts.

The next hand, Kevin Berthelsen opened to 1,000 and Setti called from the big blind.

The flop was {a-Spades}{6-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and Berthelsen checked. Setti bet 1,500 and Berthelsen called.

The turn was the {2-Hearts} and Berthelsen check-called again, this time to the tune of 3,000.

The river was the {4-Spades} and Berthelsen put 10,000 of his 120,000 stack into the pot. Setti quickly folded.

Berthelsen already has more than six times the starting stack as we approach the end of level five.
