Dentale and Dunn Chop One Up

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Ryan Dunn opened to 1,000 from under the gun and was called by Michael Dentale one seat over as well as Robert Cohen out of the small blind and the big blind player.

Action checked to Dentale on a flop of {7-Spades}{j-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and he led out for 2,000. All three of his opponents called to keep action four-handed going to the turn.

The turn came {a-Spades} with Cohen, the big blind and Dunn all checking once again. Though he had received three callers on the flop, Dentale was in no mood slow down, instead making it 5,000 to go. As on the flop, none of his opponents were persuaded to fold.

For a third time, action was checked to Dentale after the {7-Hearts} river and for a third time he bet, firing off 15,000. That got two quick folds from Cohen and the big blind but Dunn opted to call, turning over {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades} for top-top. Dentale revealed he too held big slick, tabling {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts} to chop up the pot with Dunn. 'That's a big call' Dentale remarked as the dealer divided the pot, before continuing 'that is the worst hand I could have there'.
