Fikac Makes a Set

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

A player opened to 1,700 from middle position and was called by Bin Weng in late position, Robert Fikac in the small blind and the big blind player.

Both blinds checked to the initial raiser following the {8-Hearts}{10-Spades}{a-Clubs} flop and he continued for 2,000. Weng responded by raising to 6,000 and was called by Fikac. The big blind and middle position players quickly got out of the way to send action heads-up to the turn.

Fikac and Weng checked through the {5-Hearts} turn to the {7-Hearts} river at which point Fikac led out for 6,000. Weng instantly called but mucked after Fikac turned over {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} for the flopped set.
