Bittan Gets Short

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Jeromy Bittan had just lost a big pot against Glenn Chernigoff where the board read {5-Spades}{6-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{10-Spades} and Bittan bet 350,000 on the river. Chernigoff raised to 725,000 and Bittan snap-folded.

A few hands later, the board read {4-Spades}{a-Spades}{2-Hearts}{q-Hearts} and Bittan had checked in the big blind. Chernigoff bet 140,000 from under the gun and Bittan called.

The river completed the board with the {9-Spades} and both players checked for Chernigoff to claim the pot with {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}.
