Kravets Flops Big
Level 4
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Action was opened under the gun to 1,400 by Boris Kravets. He got a call in late position and then a player in the cutoff three-bet to 6,300. Kravets called and the late position player folded.
The Q♥A♣J♥ landed on the flop and action quickly checked through to a 9♣ turn.
Kravets led for 2,600 and the cutoff quickly called.
Kravets then gathered the rest of his chips and went all in before the river was even dealt. The dealer announced the action while burning and turning the Q♣.
Although that river changed a ton on the board the cutoff still put in the chips. Despite the river bringing in the flush and pairing the board, Kravets still won with K♠10♠ after he flopped a straight and it held on such a scary runout.
