"Bout2CrushU" can now add their name to the list of first-ever PokerStars Michigan Championship of Online Poker (MICOOP) title winners, accomplishing the feat during the early hours of Wednesday morning by taking down Event #14: $200 NLHE [Super Tueday SE] $30K GTD for the top prize of $10,448 after six-plus hours of play.

The Final Table
The final table saw more doubles than eliminations during the first 15 minutes, with eventual runner-up "robgetsthere" not only being one of the players to double, but also knocking out "FireUpMIPS" as the first casualty in ninth. "Bout2CrushU" got in on the fun shortly thereafter, knocking out "M4rtyMcFlyy" in eighth after their pocket aces bested two nines.
Pocket aces then went cold and it seemed like "RunLikeDiva" could make a run as they made consecutive flushes against the pocket aces of "milesoffamolly" and "OpusX6969", quickly dropping the field from seven to five. Then, "Bout2CrushU" regained the momentum, eliminating "WadeDavenport" in sixth when their ace-king of diamonds held versus ace-six of spades. With the chip lead, "Bout2CrushU" never looked back, eliminating every remaining player in the tournament.
The first of the final three eliminations was "GoGreen35" who re-shoved pocket fives into pocket aces and was unable to get there. Next was "RunLikeDiva" in third, who called an all-in shove with ace-ten and lost a coin flip to the pocket fours of "Bout2CrushU", allowing them to take a four-to-one chip lead into heads-up play, which lasted only a few short minutes before "robgetsthere" shoved king-seven off suit into ace-jack.
When all was said and done, nothing but a pair of fours appeared on the board, and all 7.45 million chips were in the possession of the tournament champion. More importantly, the first-place prize of $10,448 was also awarded.
