It would be the second 2021 MISCOOP final table in a row for "Upay4mySushi", who took down last night's Event 11-H: $2,000 NLHE [8-Max, High Roller] for $27,262.39, but it wasn't to be as they fell short in 9th place after whiffing a flush draw for the majority of their chips against the top pair of "Buckle Up Folks".

Knockouts came rapidly as escalating blinds forced most of the action to become all-in preflop affairs.

Art "RazorsEdge16" Millington found himself heads-up against "Buckoh555" before long, which would end up being a rather epic showdown. Both players would end up doubling through the other multiple times before "Buckoh555" was able to knock off Millington with a flopped flush vs. Millington's top pair.

This concludes today's coverage of the 2021 MISCOOP.

"Buckoh555" Doubles Through Millington

Level 33 (60000/120000 ante 15000)

"Buckoh555" limped the button and Art "RazorsEdge16" Millington checked his option from the big blind.

The flop came {5-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{6-Clubs} and Millington led out for 120,000. "Buckoh555" then shoved for their last 1,511,824 and Millington called after some deliberation.

Millington: {6-Spades}{2-Diamonds}
"Buckoh555" {8-Spades}{6-Hearts}

Both players held top pair, but it was "Buckoh555" with the superior kicker. The {j-Diamonds} turn and {a-Diamonds} river kept "Buckoh555" out in front and they doubled through.

"Buckoh555": {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

The {6-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{q-Hearts} flop looked good for "Buckoh555", but the {k-Diamonds} turn vaulted Millington into the lead with a pair of kings. The {4-Diamonds} river changed nothing and Millington doubled through "Buckoh555" again.
