Wheeler Steals
Jason Wheeler was telling his table mates earlier that he has no truck with these poker “maths kids.”
Wheeler opened the action for 2,500 and picked up one caller Patrick Mccloskey in the big blind.
The flop was .
Mccloskey check raised Wheeler’s bet of 2,800 to 7,800 and Wheeler threw in the chip to call.
The turn was the and again Mccloskey checked. This time he just called a bet of 11,500 from Wheeler.
The river was the and Mccloskey check-folded to a 18,500 bet from Wheeler who wasn’t too impressed with the play and let him know.
“You should never check raise that flop,” Wheeler said, “I’m never folding there, you can’t have shit,”
Wheeler proceeded to forensically dissect what Mccloskey could have been holding and wasn’t corrected.
Pot to Wheeler who didn’t show and some free lessons for the rest of the table.
