Will Kassouf Busts

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

William Kassouf shoved for his last 4,025 from early position. He has been down to his last 12k before doubling up a while ago but now his tournament life was at risk.

“I’ve got the coconuts,” Kassouf said.

One by one the players folded. It got to Paul Carr on the button who studied his cards as Kassouf pleaded for a call.

Carr and the small blind folded but Christian Jordanich looked him up.

Kassouf: {q-Spades}{j-Spades}
Jordanich: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}.

“Unlucky,” said Kassouf hoping for a kind run out and he nearly got there.

The board ran out {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}.

Kassouf rivering two pair but no good against the straight of Jordanich.

Kassouf said he would definitely play the Turbo Day 1c later today, especially as he had qualified thought last night’s satellite to Day 1b.
