Hands #11-14: Wheeler Trips Up Sow

Level 28 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Hand 11: Jason Wheeler opened on the button for 200,000 with {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Kalidou Sow defended big blind with {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}. The board read {9-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{j-Hearts} when Sow check-called 200,000 on the turn. The river was a {j-Diamonds} and both players checked, so the threes took it.

Hand 12: Sow held {10-Spades}{7-Hearts} in the small blind and completed. Michal Mrakes checked his option with {a-}{3-}. Sow bet 80,000 on the {9-}{9-}{4-} flop. Mrakes raised and won the pot.

Hand 13: Colin Robinson opened with {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}. Everyone folded behind him, with hands like {a-}{j-} and {5-}{5-} hitting the muck from Wheeler and Mrakes, respectively.

Hand 14: Wheeler raised first to act to 180,000 with {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}. Sow made it a three-bet to what appeared to be 395,000 with {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Wheeler peeled and they saw a {q-Spades}{7-Spades}{8-Diamonds} flop. Wheeler check-called 280,000. The turn was a {5-Diamonds}. Action checked to the {q-Hearts}. Wheeler fired in 525,000 with his trips and Sow tried getting some info out of Wheeler before putting in a reluctant call.
