Sow Loses Two in a Row

Level 27 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante
Kalidou Sow
Kalidou Sow

Kalidou Sow raised to 130,000 in middle position and Michal Mrakes called from the cutoff. Sow continued 140,000 on a {3-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} flop and Mrakes called. Action shut down on the {10-Hearts} turn and {Q-Hearts} river.

Sow showed {K-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for king high, Mrakes tabled {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades} for ace high and won the hand.

The hand after, Sow raised in early position and Jason Wheeler called from the small blind. Wheeler check-called 130,000 on the {9-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{7-Diamonds} flop. The {J-Diamonds} turn brought all sorts of potential to the board and both players checked.

On the {K-Spades} river, Wheeler bet 300,000 and Sow called it off. Wheeler showed {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts} and was good, as Sow mucked his hand.
