Doubles For Chen and Blondel

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

The players in the blinds got the all-in triangle out when Aymon Hata raised and Feng Wen Chen shipped it in from the big blind. Hata called to put his opponent's tournament life on the line.

Chen: {j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
Hata: {7-Spades}{q-Clubs}

The board ran out {k-Clubs}{8-Spades}{10-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} and Hata paid out the double-up.

"Thank you," Chen said to Hata, nodding and pressing his palms together in front of his face. "I needed a double."

Xuan Tan and Thibaut Blondel also got a heap of chips in the middle preflop. Blondel held {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs} to Tan's {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}.

The flop came {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Blondel held the lead. Tan spiked the {j-Diamonds} on the turn, getting a whoop from the player. But the river was the {q-Spades}, giving Blondel the better hand again and collecting a massive double-up.
