Big Doubles for Jiang and Blondel

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Blondel Doubles Through Laidlaw:

Thibault Blondel open-jammed from the small blind and Daniel Laidlaw made the call in the big blind.

Blondel: {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}
Laidlaw: {a-Spades}{5-Hearts}

Blondel needed some help and would find just enough on the {j-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts} board, pairing his jack and scoring the double up.

Jiang Gets Paid by Guo:

With about 130,000 in the middle and a board reading {9-Spades}{k-Clubs}{6-Hearts}, Dong Guo led with a bet of 55,000 from the small blind and Jianbo Jiang raised to 130,000 in the big blind.

Guo thought for a moment and reraised all-in, having Jiang well covered, and Jiang quickly called.

Jiang: {k-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Guo: {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}

Jiang had nailed the flop, hitting two pair, well ahead of Guo's ace-high. The {7-Spades} on the turn gave Gup some outs but Jiang was able to fade the river {3-Spades} and earn the pot.
