Two tables remained in the latest hand during hand-for-hand play, as one player found a fold on an outer table, all eyes shifted to Table 1 where Xiao Luo had called a jam from Daniel McAulay on the turn, putting himself at risk.

The hand started out with Luo opening to 9,000, McAulay three-betting to 28,000, and Luo making the call. The flop came {10-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Luo check-called a bet of 25,000 from McAulay.

The {5-Spades} fell on the turn. Luo checked and McAulay shoved all-in. Luo made the call.

The two had to wait several minutes before revealing their holdings but, finally, their hands were tabled.

McAulay: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}
Luo: {q-Spades}{k-Spades}

Luo wasn't in bad shape, needing any king, queen, or spade to stay alive. The crowd gathered around and a collective cheer rang out as the {8-Diamonds} appeared on the river.

With the hand, McAulay is now the overall chip leader in the room.

The remaining 103 players are now in the money, guaranteed at least HK$62,500.
