Moving and Shaking

Level 8 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

It’s like a game of musical chairs at present with players busting, re-entering and just being moved to balance tables, which is making it tough to follow all of the action.

Isaac Haxton is – well more accurately was – on his second bullet but it looks as though that didn’t work out that well for him either as he is now headed for the rail.

Fabian Quoss is another player having a second bite of the cherry, though the German player seems to be having more success than Haxton did the second time around and is sitting on a stack of just over 330,000.

Following an under-the-gun min raise Quoss, sitting UTG+1, re-popped to 25,000 and action folded around to Adrian Attenborough in the small blind who quickly announced ‘all-in’.

Quoss asked for a count – it’s 135,500 – and looked interested but eventually chose not to chance it and made the fold.

“I only had pocket threes,” said Attenborough as he raked in the pot.

“That’s enough,” replied Quoss.

There are around 20 minutes left on the clock on level eight as we write this, with the re-entry period finishing after the break at the end of this level so we will be able to give you some prize pool information and the like shortly.
