Bujtas Eliminates Morgenstern

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Anton Morgenstern raised on the button to 10,000 and then almost shrugged as he called off his 43,000 stack when Laszlo Bujtas potted out of the big blind.

Bujtas: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{9-Spades}{5-Spades}
Morgenstern: {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}

Morgenstern was in decent shape, but the {8-Hearts}{4-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{q-Hearts} board did him no favors.

Szecsi Uses Time and Folds to a Ylitalo Shove

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Norbert Szecsi checked in the cutoff and then called 16,000 from Robin Ylitalo on a {5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} flop. Both checked the {4-Diamonds}, and Szecsi checked when the {4-Clubs} hit the board. Ylitalo wasted little time before shoving for what turned out to be 43,000. Szecsi took longer, firing in a time extension before he decided to muck.

Jachtmann Gets it to 24

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

On a flop of {9-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}, Jan-Peter Jachtmann was facing a bet of 54,000, everything Andre Dos Santos had left. Jachtmann took some time but decided to call with {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{j-Spades}{7-Spades}. His top pair wasn't good for the moment against {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}, but the {a-Spades} turn gave him two pair and a near cinch. The river was the {9-Diamonds}.

That leaves 24 players, who are all drawing for new seats.

Suchanek Running Away

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

While we were getting the chip counts updated from Table 3, Jan Suchanek appears to have busted Gavin Cochrane. He's now the runaway leader with north of 250 big blinds and looks like the man to catch going forward.
