The banter between the four players has been ongoing and friendly, as evidenced by one recent hand where Sean Winter dropped a pot to Lauri Varonen. Winter raised to 600 in the small blind and Varonen defended. They checked down a board of 
, with Winter finally betting on the end for 500. Varonen tossed in 1,600, causing Winter to smile and stare at him.
"What a play," Winter said. "One of the more... stranger things..."
Varonen couldn't hold back laughter. Eventually, Winter called, and Varonen showed 
for a straight. Winter couldn't beat it.
