Though Stephen 'The Big Show' Topakas just copped a massive bad beat from Kerry Stead, he has somehow managed to keep his head above water - for now.

Jai Kemp raised to 1,800 under the gun and the action folded around to Kerry Stead, who reraised to 4,500.
"It's Big Show Time!" exclaimed Topakas as he moved his whole stack into the middle. Kemp got out of the way as Stead made the call.

It didn't take long for Jonathan Karamalikis to find a spot to shove his short stack and when he looked down as he moved his 10,000-odd chip stack into the middle. However again Ben Savage woke up with a monster as he tabled .
The board fell and Karamalikis exits in 7th place.
In an amazing turnaround the live players having taken 1st-6th in today's event. Although they've regained some respectability, it's still not enough to win the bragging rights.

After shoving successfully the previous hand with his short stack, Ben Delaney tried again with the but ran into the of Ben Savage.
The board was spread and despite plucking an ace, Savage hit his set to eliminate the one-time final table chip leader in 8th place.
