Gerard Halts Yang, Yang and Lin Battle Again
Level 11
: 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
In the last few orbits since we caught Hsiao Yun Yang in action, his stack has taken a bit of a hit with the beneficiary being the USA's Edwin Gerard, who has stacked up to 145,000, making him the current frontrunner, with Yang dropping down to 125,000.
Dropping a chunk of chips did not deter Yang from tangling with Chen An Lin not long afterward though. It was Lin the instigator once again, making it 2,300 to go from the cutoff, with Yang making the call from the small blind to take play heads-up once the player in the big blind mucked.
Both players checked the monochrome flop, opening the door for Yang to take a stab on the turn for 3,600, which was enough to get Lin to give it up.
