A multi-way limped pot has recently worked out pretty well for Eric Xiao, who has just earned himself a double at the expense of Steven Pang. It all started with a limp from a player in middle position with Bart Luyckx (cutoff), a player in the hi-jack and Pang (button) all making the call, as did the small blind and big blind Eric Xiao.
So the action went six-way to a flop of . The small blind checked Xiao needed no further prompting and bombed the flop for his entire stack – a bet of 6,625 in total. The action folded to Pang on the button and he was the only caller.

Both Xiao and Pang had paired their ten, but Xiao held the lead with the better kicker. The turn gave both players a straight draw but the river saw Xiao win the pot and double back to starting stack and Pang drop to 7,000.
