Wong Makes Stylish Entrance
Hong Kong’s Nick Wong has recently taken his seat bringing the number of High Rollers up to four.
Wong has started as he means to go on and has just taken down a decent sized pot from Kanglong Lu.
Preflop it was Lu who opened the action with a raise to 550 from the cutoff, only to see Wong, sitting on the button, re-pop the action to 1,500 in total.
Lu called and the blinds bowed out taking the action heads-up to a flop of 
, which Lu checked over to Wong, who continuation bet 1,800 into the 3,300 pot.
Lu made the call and the dealer peeled off the 
turn, which brought another check from Lu and a second barrel of 2,600 from Wong. Lu looked like he was a nonbeliever and check-raised to 6,200 in total, which after some deliberation Wong called.
The 
river completed the hand and the action as both players checked it down. Lu rolled over 
but this was not enough to beat Wong’s 
and the Hong Kong player scooped the pot.
