Vasilyev Sends Sequira to the Rail

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Jamie Sequira opened the action to 1,500 from early position and only Vladimir Vasilyev made the call in the small blind.

The flop came {q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and Vasilyev checked over to Sequira who continued for 1,300. Vasilyev put in a check-raise to 5,100 and Sequira quickly made the call.

On the {5-Hearts} turn Vasilyev kept up the aggression with a bet of 8,700, and again Sequira called. The {q-Clubs} hit the river and Vasilyev moved all in for 16,000, covering the stack of Sequria, who went deep in the tank. After close to a minute, Sequira eventually tossed in a chip for the call, and the cards were shown.

Vasilyev tabled {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} for nines-full and Sequira flashed {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts} for two-pair as he made his way to the exit.
