Shortly into level 17, the bubble burst on Day 1a of the $1,100 PCA National in a hand that had three players bust to bring all remaining players into the money.

Vicent Bosca was first to bust in an unknown showdown, followed by Daniel Strelitz. Strelitz was at risk after calling off a shove in the big blind from Lawrence Bayley, who had him covered on the button. Strelitz was all in for around 120,000.

Daniel Strelitz: {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}
Lawrence Bayley: {K-Hearts}{7-Spades}

The spectators, including Chris Moorman, gathered to see the {K-Clubs}{3-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop fall. The "ooh's" and "aah's" swelled on the {5-Clubs} turn, but the {A-Clubs} river did Strelitz in and he was gone.

At another table, David Korn was forced all in from the big blind. Pierre Calamusa raised it up with the {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} and Korn held {J-Clubs}{Q-Spades}, or "jacko-queeno" as announced by floorman Shawn.

There was no "jacko" nor a "queeno" on a {2-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{K-Clubs} board and Korn also missed out on Day 2. Bosca, Korn, and Strelitz will chop the min-cash that will be decided as soon as the total prize pool has been announced.

The remaining 77 players bagged for the night and will be in the money when play resumes on Friday. An end-of-day recap follows later.
