Aldemir Makes it Back From Mateos

Level 18 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Koray Aldemir opened with a raise to 18,000 and found a call from Adrian Mateos in the big blind.

The flop came down {8-Spades}{J-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and Mateos checked to Aldemir who bet 24,000. Mateos called.

On the {Q-Clubs} turn, Mateos checked again. This time Aldemir fired a second bullet, making it 65,000. Mateos thought for a bit, then called.

The {2-Hearts} came on the river and Mateos checked again. Aldemir put out another bet, this time making it 150,000. Mateos dropped deep into the tank and thought for several minutes, sighing and rubbing his temples. He took one last took at his cards then called.

"Flush," Aldemir said, showing his {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}. Mateos mucked his hand quickly and that allowed Aldemir to take down the big pot.
