Schwartz Busy Bogarting the Chips

Level 4 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

After winning a large pot off Isaac Baron (one that we unfortunately missed), Noah Schwartz won another big one off Nick Petrangelo.

We picked up the action on an {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop when Connor Drinan checked from the big blind and Petrangelo bet 9,000 from the under-the-gun position. Schwartz quickly called from the cutoff, Drinan folded, and the {K-Spades} appeared on the turn, which saw Petrangelo bet 24,000.

"You want me to call?" Schwartz asked. Petrangelo indicated that he did indeed, and Schwartz obliged by tossing in the chips.

The {10-Spades} turn saw Petrangelo slow down with a check, and Schwartz immediately told the dealer, "I'm gonna wager 61,000."

Petrangelo gave it some thought but ultimately released, which promoted Schwartz to show the {10-Diamonds}. Petrangelo asked what the other card was, Schwartz told him a ten, and Petrangelo bemoaned the fold as he claimed to have folded the same hand.
