Jake Cody opened from early position for 1,300 and was called by Jessy Gabison who was to his immediate left. It was folded to Randal Flowers on the button who made the call as well.
The flop came and Cody checked. Gabison bet 3,125 prompting a fold from Flowers. Cody decided to come along and made the call.
The turn was the and both players checked.
The river was the and Cody thought for a moment before deciding to check again. Gabison took a few seconds deciding how much to bet and put out 7,000 which was immediately called by Cody. Gabison turned over for a six-high straight and Cody mucked his hand.

There is a long list of WCOOP and Sunday Major winners in the field today. Maybe now it’s time to remember their names, as the PokerStars Blog reports.
Taylor Paur opened for a raise under the gun, and Joe Cada made it 2,500 to go in the hijack. The cutoff called, as did Paur. The three saw flop, which everyone checked. On the turn, Paur bet 4,200, and only Cada called. Paur checked the river, and Cada put him all in for 10,350. Paur quickly folded.
Paur's having a rough time of it so far, but even if he busts out it will have been a profitable day, as the American cashed for $94,920 when he busted in fifth in the LAPT.

Linda Huard opened from middle position, Curt Kohlberg called in the small blind and Dietrich Fast called in the big blind.
The flop came down and action checked to Huard who continued for 2,200. Kohlberg called, Fast check-raised to 7,800 and Huard ducked out of the way. Kohlberg, however, called to see the turn which both players checked.
The river completed the board and Kohlberg bet 8,000. Fast raised to 23,000, Kohlberg reraised all in for roughly 64,000 and Fast called.
Kohlberg tabled for a pair of aces, but Fast had him beat with pocket sixes for sixes full of tens to score the elimination.

On a board of , Chance Kornuth bet 600 on the river, about 10 percent of the pot. Daniel Negreanu made it 3,300, and Kornuth smiled at him.
"I have a spade," he announced.
About 30 seconds later, he called. Negreanu had a spade also, and his was the winner.
