Schemion Spikes River to Double

Level 16 : 15,000/30,000, 4,000 ante

Ole Schemion moved all in for 227,000 from the small blind and found a call from Tony Gregg in the big blind. Schemion showed {A-Spades}{3-Hearts} to find that he was crushed by Gregg's {A-Clubs}{J-Spades}.

Both players paired their ace on the {8-Spades}{K-Hearts}{A-Hearts} flop but Gregg retained his lead with his jack kicker. The {5-Spades} came on fourth street and Schemion needed to catch a trey on the river to stay alive.

He did exactly that as the {3-Clubs} struck the river, sending Schemion's rail into a tizzy. Schemion scooped up the pot and now has about 515,000 in chips.
