Adams' Day Is Done
It’s hard to get all the details from the final table, but we managed to get a few surrounding the elimination of Timothy Adams.
We do know Nick Schulman opened from the hijack and received calls from Adams and Steve O’Dwyer on the button and big blind respectively. O’Dwyer then checked the flop, which contained a jack and two hearts, and Schulman bet. Adams raised to 103,000, O’Dwyer folded, and Schulman moved all in. Adams called and the cards were turned up.
Showdown
Adams:
Schulman: Pocket Jacks
Adams held the nut-flush draw, which he needed to hit to overcome the flopped set of Schulman. Unfortunately for Adams, neither the turn nor completed it and he was sent packing.
