SHR Veterans Duke It Out

Neither Erik Seidel nor Phil Ivey are strangers to Super High Rollers. Both men have SHR titles on their résumés, which is why it was so interesting to watch them battle it out in recent hand.

We caught the action with approximately 45,000 already in the pot and a flop of {5-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}. Seidel was first to act in the small blind and led our for 20,000, which Ivey called from the big. Seidel then check-called a bet of 40,000 on the {5-Clubs} turn, and then both players checked the {9-Spades} river. It was a wise check behind by Ivey as Seidel tabled {K-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for the rivered full house and the win.
