PCA 2013 Main Event Final Table Set; Wong On Top
Another day of poker is in the books here at the Atlantis Paradise Island as 21 players returned for a spot on the coveted final table of the 2013 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Main Event. By the end of play it was Jerry Wong who sat on the largest stack of chips at the table. Wong will be joined by the likes of four-time WSOP final tablist Owen Crowe, 2012 WPT Montreal Main Event winner Jonathan Roy, and $10 PokerStars qualifier Joao Nogueira.
Despite the returning field being such a small size there were several notable professionals to return to the felt on Day 5. As play wore on, however, many of these players met their untimely demise. The first well-known player to see his exit was 2012 PokerStars and Monte-Carlo® Casino EPT Grand Final champion Mohsin Charania. With blinds at 12,000/24,000/3,000, Charania moved all in from under the gun for his last 115,000. Michael Lipman flat called only to have Wong three-bet to 300,000. Lipman called the three-bet and the flop brought . Wong fired 200,000 on the flop and Lipman raised all in for about 900,000. Wong called and the hands were tabled.

Also to fall before the end of the day was WPT 2009 Borgata Poker Open champion and noted poker commentator Olivier Busquet. Busquet's end came at the hands of Ryan Fair, who was able to score a double knockout in the hand, also eliminating Anthony Borde.
Eddy Sabat was yet another player who saw his exit from the tournament on Day 5. This year marked Sabat's third top-40 PCA Main Event finish in a row (coming in 30th in 2011 and 40th in 2012). Sabat's tournament came to an end when he lost a race with against the of Darren Elias.
As the eliminations began to rack up the final nine players combined to an unofficial final table, which lasted almost two full levels as the nine players battled on the felt. Fair, who began the table as the chip leader lost several key pots against Joel Micka and end-of-day chip leader Wong. His rough path through the final table finally came to an end when he three-bet all in against Micka for his last 920,000. Micka called and the hands were turned over.
