Flopping Trip Aces

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

The table folded around to the blinds where Davide Nughes limped in from the small. Gregory Baksic raised to 41,000 from the big, and Nughes came along to see a flop.

"Hello!" someone at the table said as the dealer rolled out a very baller {A-Clubs} {A-Spades} {A-Hearts} flop. Nughes fired out into the pot with 36,000 chips, and Nughes flat-called. That brought them to the innocent-looking {3-Spades} on the turn, and Nughes bet another 43,000. Baksic raised to what looked like 111,000, and Nughes instantly uncapped his cards and sent them to the muck.

Baksic flashed his airball {Q-Spades} {J-Hearts} much to the delight of his lone cheerleader on the adjacent rail. He's up to about 375,000 now, dropping Nughes down to 285,000.
