Reyes Chips Up Before Late Reg Ends

"mooseman1710"
"mooseman1710"

In Level 15 with blinds of 2,500/5,000 and an ante of 625, action folded to "Cholie" in the cutoff and they opened to 10,000. Jaime "mooseman1710" Reyes called on the button and action went heads up to the flop {6-Spades}{8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}. "Cholie" checked to Reyes, who bet 8,100 and received a call.

The turn fell {5-Spades} and "Cholie" check-called another bet of 17,500 from Reyes. The river came {q-Diamonds} and "Cholie" checked one last time. Reyes checked behind, taking the hand to showdown.

"Cholie" showed {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} for two pair, eights and sixes with an ace kicker, but saw the river had given Reyes a higher two pair as his hand {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} was shown and the pot was shipped his way.

"Earthcloud" Delivers a Pile

"Earthcloud"
"Earthcloud"

In Level 13 with blinds of 1,800/3,600 and an ante of 450, "ndirish50" opened the action with a raise to 7,200 in early position and received a call from "HellHound" in the cutoff. "Earthcloud" was on the button and three-bet to 34,200. Adam "jchimpo56" Karten cold-called in the big blind to prompt folds from "ndirish50" and "HellHound" and take action heads up to the streets with 88,000 already in the middle.

The flop dropped {9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{a-Hearts} and Karten checked. "Earthcloud" immediately jammed for 140,000. Karten thought for about 15 seconds and then folded, resulting in "Earthcloud" taking down the pot and bringing their stack back over 200,000.

Tentnowski Up and Down

Stanton Tentnowski
Stanton Tentnowski

In Level 12 with blinds of 1,600/3,200 and an ante of 400, Stanton "Stonniepokes" Tentnowski opened to 6,400 in the cutoff and received a call from "beast801" in the small blind. Action went heads up to the flop {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}{k-Spades} and "beast801" check-raised Tentnowski's continuation-bet of 4,800 up to 19,200. Tentnowski called.

The turn came {4-Clubs} and "beast801" continued, betting another 23,200. Tentnowski called and the river fell {a-Diamonds}. "beast801" slowed down, checking over to Tentnowski, who shoved for 52,200, roughly half the size of the pot.

"beast801" took a few moments to consider their decision and then settled on a fold, earning Tentnowski the pot without needing to see a showdown.

A couple of hands later, Tentnowski got stacks in preflop against "pay4medsch00l", with Tentnowski holding {a-}{k-} and losing a coin flip after failing to improve against the pocket nines of "pay4medsch00l".

"joey1way" Gets an Increase To Their Stack

"joey1way"
"joey1way"

In Level 9 with blinds of 1,000/2,000 and an ante of 250, "jaehoez24" opened the action with a raise to 4,600 in the hijack and received calls from both "WinningAtTheB" in the small blind and "joey1way", who defended their big blind.

The three saw a flop of {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and action checked to "jaehoez24", who made a continuation-bet of 6,200. Both "WinningAtTheB" and "joey1way" called and the turn came {q-Spades}. "WinningAtTheB" checked again to put action onto "joey1way", and they fired a half-pot-sized bet of 17,100. "jaehoez24" wasted no time letting their hand go, sending action back to "WinningAtTheB", who called.

Action then went heads up to the river {j-Hearts} and "WinningAtTheB" checked one final time. "joey1way" bet 51,300, enough to put "WinningAtTheB" to a decision for their remaining 40,330.

"WinningAtTheB" decided their hand was not good enough to call off the rest, and they folded to earn "joey1way" the pot without showdown.

"GogoYubari": {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
"arya007": {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}

"GogoYubari" earned an easy double, fading the two outer as the board came {7-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and now find themselves with just shy of two stacks.
