"StevenWeis17" Can't Make Flush and Re-Buys

In Level 5 with blinds at 60/120, "Shadyant" opened for 420 on the button and then called "StevenWeis17" all in raise of 1,288 from the big blind.

"Shadyant": {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}
"StevenWeis17": {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{6-Spades}

"StevenWeis17" was behind and nothing changed after the {2-Clubs}{5-Spades}{9-Clubs} flop. '

The board paired with the {9-Spades} on the turn as "StevenWeis17" now needed any spade or ten to win the hand.

Unfortunately for "StevenWeis17", the {8-Clubs} river wasn't what they wanted to see giving "Shadyant" the pot and sending "StevenWeis17" to re-buy.

Two Wheels For the Chop

In Level 4 with blinds at 50/100, there were three initial limpers before "spinach_kale" raised to 650 on the button and was called by all three players.

The {5-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} was checked to "shovehappens" who fired out 1,375 and "spinach_kale" called.

The turn came the {4-Diamonds} and all the chips got into the middle with "spinach_kale" at risk.

"spinach_kale": {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{10-Clubs}{3-Spades}
"shovehappens": {a-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs}

Neither player had the flush but both players held the wheel as the pot was chopped after the {7-Hearts} completed the board on the river.

Daniel Buzgon
Daniel Buzgon

In early 2019, Daniel Buzgon signed on as a BorgataPoker.com Sponsored Pro – one of three alongside Michael “Gags” Gagliano and Katie Stone.

“It took a little bit of time to get all the paperwork and stuff like that,” Buzgon previously told PokerNews of becoming sponsored. “It was in December when it started but wasn’t official until just before the Borgata Winter series. Duties include mainly playing a lot online, promoting the site, and trying to get new players on the site.”

According to HendonMob, Buzgon has more than $2.3 million in lifetime live tournament earnings since 2007. He’s a four-time World Series of Poker Circuit ring winner has played for big money before. In 2001, he finished third in the WPT Borgata Poker Open for $335,433, and last year he finished fifth in the WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open Main Event for $202,942. He also finished fourth in the 2012 WPT bestbet Jacksonville for $94,624.

Additionally, Buzgon is a beast online where he’s amassed more than $3.1 million in earnings, of which $435,457 has come on BorgataPoker.com where he plays under the screen name “leinad.”

Keep an eye out for Buzgon throughout the partypoker US Network Online Series.

"BOONYANI" Squeezes Pot

In Level 2 with blinds at 30/60, "StevenWeis17" opened for 120 from early position and found three callers.

The {4-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{j-Clubs} flop was checked to "StevenWeis17" who continued for 180 and was called by "Ptkceaser" from the cutoff along with "ChickenTendies" from the small blind. Action was on "BOONYANI" who raised to 1,380 from the small blind and they took down the pot after their opponents folded.

"ChickenTendies" Doubles Up Early; "spinach_kale" Re-Buys

With action still in Level 1, "spinach_kale" opened under the gun for 175 and "ChickenTendies" three-bet to 600 next to act. Action folded back to "spinach_kale" who called.

The flop fell {7-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} and "spinach_kale" got their chips in the middle after check-raising "ChickenTendies".

"spinach_kale": {a-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{3-Diamonds}
"ChickenTendies": {a-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs}

"ChickenTendies" was ahead with their pair of fours and improved to trips after the {4-Hearts} came on the turn.

"spinach_kale" still held a flush and open-ended staright draw but the {8-Hearts} river wasn't what they wanted to see giving "ChickenTendies" the pot while "spinach_kale" bought a new 10,000 stack.
