"SenorAlto" was in trouble and the flop left them behind. However, the turn tremendously increased "SenorAlto's" number of outs. One of those outs connected on the river , giving them a king-high straight to double and leave "Dirty_Harry6" with just 110,000.

"Dirty_Harry6" was able to find a double but then folded through the blinds down to 200,000 and was eliminated by "SenorAlto" just a couple of hands later in fifth place, earning $187 in prizes plus another $50 in bounties.
