"CharlieBrown" Showers "borgatar2015"

In Level 12 with blinds of 1,600/3,200 and an ante of 400, "borgatar2015" opened to 9,600 under the gun and received a call from "CharlieBrown," who was on the button. The flop dropped {2-Spades}{j-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and "borgatar2015" made a continuation-bet of 9,600. "CharlieBrown" called.

The turn came {q-Hearts} and "borgatar2015" continued with a second carrel of 12,800. "CharlieBrown" called once more and the river fell {k-Spades}. "borgatar2015" jammed for their last 13,100 and "CharlieBrown" quickly called.

"borgatar2015": {a-Spades}{q-Spades}
"CharlieBrown": {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}

"borgatar2015" had turned a pair of queens for top pair, top kicker at the time, only to see "CharlieBrown" end up with a straight after the rest of the chips went in on the river. They chose not to re-enter and were eliminated with a handful of minutes remaining in the rebuy period.

"PokerDaddy" Loves the Ladies

In Level 11 with blinds of 1,400/2,800 and an ante of 350, there was 42,350 in the middle on a flop of {4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} with three players holding cards.

Eric "alwaysliquid" Vanauken was first to act in the big blind and checked, putting action onto "PokerDaddy" in the hijack. They made a pot-sized bet and saw "Allyoucaneat" call on the button before Vanauken folded.

Action was then heads up as the turn rolled off {q-Hearts} and "PokerDaddy" jammed for their last 53,000. "Allyoucaneat" called.

"PokerDaddy": {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
"Allyoucaneat": {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}

After turning a set, "PokerDaddy" saw their shove called by a hand that was drawing dead, meaning the pot of 233,000 was guaranteed to be theirs. The river {6-Spades} finished the runout and the pot was shipped their way.

"borecz11199" Spikes a Double

In Level 10 with blinds of 1,200/2,400 and an ante of 300, a blind-on-blind battle saw all of the chips go into the middle with "Flex1126" in the small blind putting "borecz11199" at risk for their tournament life in the big blind.

"borecz11199": {k-Spades}{5-Spades}
"Flex1126": {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}

"borecz11199" was ahead and in good shape to double their stack. The flop {2-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} looked good for them, but the turn {10-Spades} gave their opponent a pair of tens. They found themselves needing to hit one of eight flush outs or three outs to a pair of kings, and the river {q-Spades} obliged, giving them the second nuts en route to a double.

"Djp120388" Makes "regis2000" Rebuy

"Djp120388"
"Djp120388"

In Level 8 with blinds of 800/1,600 and an ante of 200, "Djp120388" raised to 4,800 in the hijack and received a call by "regis2000," who was in the small blind. Action went heads up to a flop of {k-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} and "regis2000" led out with a minimum-bet of 1,600. "Djp120388" quickly pumped it up to 4,800 and "regis2000" called.

The turn came {3-Diamonds} and "regis2000" led out once more, this time with a pot-sized bet of 22,000. "Djp120388" raised all in for 55,000 and "regis2000" called all in for around 9,000 less.

"regis2000": {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
"Djp120388": {k-Hearts}{7-Hearts}

"Djp120388" saw their flopped two pair up against a turned nut flush draw. Luckily for them, that draw only consisted of seven outs as either {k-Diamonds} or {7-Diamonds} would give them a full house. The river fell {4-Clubs} to complete the runout and the pot of over 100,000 was shipped their way.

"regis2000" wasted no time re-entering and received a fresh stack of 30,000.
