Karmatckii New Leader of The Grand

There have been a lot of early lead changes in The Grand so far, with action in the second hour in Level 6. Russia's Arsenii Karmatckii now has the most chips with about 3.8 million, but two other players, Niklas Åstedt and Evgeny Tereschenko, also have more than 3 million chips.

The field in The Grand is now up to 139 entries with 105 still playing, and $138,538 of the $200,000 guarantee in the bank already.

First Bounty Blood in The Sunday 500

"KKAA777" is among the early chip leaders in The Sunday 500 and also the first player of the day to capture a bounty. They have a cool $125 in their pocket, as well as just under 850,000 chips. "Brother Baby" is the current leader however with just over 1 million chips, but no bounties yet.

Åstedt Now Leads The Grand

Sweden's Niklas Åstedt is now the chip leader of The Grand with more than 3.3 million chips. Action on Level 4 is just ticking down now, and they are nearing $120,000 collected for the $200,000 guarantee with 121 entries and 102 stacks still left in play.

Gonchariuk Jumps to Lead in The Grand

Viktor Gonchariuk from the Ukraine is now in the lead of The Grand as the collected money approaches $90,000. There are currently 90 entries in the game with 83 still in action, putting the collected money at $89,538 currently.

Action just went into Level 3, and Gonchariuk is playing just over 2.5 million to just under 2.4 million for Maarten Van Der Goes.

Cards Are in the Air for The Grand

Action is now underway in the first feature game this Sunday, The Grand. The game gets going with 61 entries and a little less than one third of the prize pool collected so far.

Action proceeds with 15 minute levels, and Maarten Van Der Goes has taken the lead from Shaun Conroy in one of the last phases before the start of the day, though both players have more than 1.9 million chips.
