Green Quintuples Up
Terrance Green just lost a chunk of his stack when his pocket aces got cracked by the pocket queens of Nathan Watson who managed to hit quads to double up.
Green shoved for 145,000 from under the gun. Paul McTaggart called in the hijack. Albert Sapiano did the same on the button. Watson raised to 500,000 in the small blind. Anthony Napolitano also shoved for 487,000 in total in the big blind. McThaggart folded and Sapiano called.
After the dealer and the floor counted out the stacks and pots, Green was playing for a pot of 745,000. After the 145,000 was taken out of Napolitano's stack, Napolitano could triple up for the remainder of his stack which was 342,000 so his side pot was 1,026,000. Watson and Sapiano played for the third pot which now contained 26,000 and could still become more.
Both Watson and Sapiano checked through the whole board.
