Welcome Back for Day 3 of the $10,000 High Roller

There will be 28 players returning to the felt for the final day of the $10,000 High Roller at the Caribbean Poker Party in the Bahamas. The action is scheduled to get underway at 1 p.m. and the money bubble will be the first hurdle for the remaining players.

Just 23 players will make the money with a min-cash being worth $20,000. The action was slow-paced to end Day 2 with all of the short stacks tightening up their play. That is expected to be the same when Day 3 kicks off with many big blinds still in play. One player who shouldn't have to worry about missing out on some cash is chipleader Mustapha Kanit.

Kanit will head into the day with 21,520,000 chips after an impressive end to Day 2. Kanit put a lot of distance between himself and the rest of the field and will be looking to take full advantage of the bubble situation. Some other notables to keep an eye on include Adrian Mateos (13,305,000), Steve O'Dwyer (12,635,000), Justin Bonomo (11,165,000) and partypoker pros Joao Simao (14,290,000), Roberto Romanello (11,300,000), and Isaac Haxton (5,005,000).

The blinds will resume on level 19 at 60,000/120,000 with a 120,000 big blind ante. The levels will continue to be 60-minutes in length with a 15-minute break after every two levels. Once the money bubble bursts, players can start to look forward to the first-place prize of $450,000 that is up for grabs. The PokerNews live reporting team will be back at the Baha Mar Resort to bring you an overview coverage of the tournament until a winner is crowned.
