Sam Greenwood raised to 24 million on the button with {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} and Andrey Shatilov called from the big blind with {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}. The flop fell {8-Spades}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts} and Shatilov checked to Greenwood who continued for 20 million. Shatilov called and the {3-Diamonds} peeled off on the turn.

Shatilov checked again and Greenwood fired another 100 million with his overpair. Shatilov tanked for a few moments before check-raising all in for 362 million and Greenwood snap-called.

The {5-Diamonds} on the river completed the board and Shatilov was eliminated in second place. He will still pocket $650,000 for his efforts but the spotlight is on Sam Greenwood for taking down the Main Event for $1,000,000 and capping off a spectacular week of poker.
