Teun Mulder opened the button to 12,000. Pauli Ayras quickly folded the small blind before Koray Aldemir jammed from the big blind for around 100,000.

Mulder didn't ask for a chip count and snap-called his opponent.

Koray Aldemir: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Teun Mulder: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}

Aldemir got his chips in good but was quickly at a disadvantage with the {a-Spades}{5-Spades}{q-Diamonds} flop giving his opponent two pair. Neither the {4-Spades} on the turn nor the {q-Hearts} on the river were able to give Aldemir life and he was ousted in third place for €81,600.

Mulder and Ayras agreed after the hand to eliminate the antes. They played a few more hands and both players decided they wanted a five-minute break.
