It has been very warm in the tournament room since the event began, but today is taking that to another level. The air conditioning system in the casino has gone on the fritz overnight, pushing the temperatures up even higher than normal. On top of that, there is now an enormous lighting system in the middle of the room, generating a considerable amount of heat on its own. If we had to guess, it's probably between 80 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit in here right now.

The players seem to be right on the edge of comfort, fanning themselves with anything they can find and wiping the sweat off their brows. It remains to be seen if the less-than-ideal temperature affects play at all.
