Matakis Gets a Snap-Fold from Bohn; Espeseth Eliminated

Level 13 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante

Ian Matakis opened to 5,500 from early position and got a call from Blake Bohn, who was in the cutoff. The two saw a flop of {4-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} and Matakis checked to Bohn, who put out a bet of 10,000.

Matakis looked over to Bohn's stack and Bohn moved his arms so that all of his chips could be seen. Matakis went back into the tank for a few moments and then threw out a check-raise to 33,000. The chips fell over one another to create a string of chips across the felt, and Bohn sent his cards to the center of the table before Matakis' chips all hit their resting place, resulting in Matakis taking down the pot.

Moments later, Cody Espeseth was eliminated from the tournament after getting all in with ace-jack to the pocket kings of Daniel Schmidtknecht, with the runout providing no help to send him to the rail in ninth place.
